जसपुर के किच्छा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दरऊ में हुए चुनावी रंजिश से जुड़ी आलिम की गोली मारकर हत्या मामले में पुलिस ने एक मुख्य आरोपी तौसीफ पुत्र साजिद निवासी दरऊ को गिरफ्तार भी कर लिया।
पुलिस ने तौसीफ की निशानदेही पर उसके घर दबिश देकर हत्या में प्रयुक्त राइफल भी बरामद कर ली है। यह राइफल उसके पिता साजिद के नाम पर लाइसेंसी भी बताई जा रही है। पुलिस अब शस्त्र लाइसेंस की जांच भी कर रही है।
इस मामले में पहले ही 2 आरोपितों के साथ 4 अन्य लोगों को जेल भेजा जा चुका है। पुलिस ने हत्या के सिलसिले में कुल 3 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थीं।
मुख्यमंत्री और पुलिस प्रशासन ने इस गिरफ्तारी को न्याय प्रक्रिया में एक महत्वपूर्ण भी कदम बताया है, जिससे अपराधियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई भी तेज होगी।
